Second Down Darling was phenomenal, and I absolutely loved Jake and Charlotte’s story! This single dad, friends-to-lovers, forbidden sports romance was super sexy, funny, angsty, swoony, and entertaining, and might just be my favorite standalone in the Varsity Dads series so far. I especially loved the epilogues and bonus scene. They made me so happy and put a huge smile on my face. I can’t wait to see what Lex Martin has in store for this series next!
