~Synopsis~

I had an urge to fix all her problems. Which was stupid. She was doing fine without me. But something about those big eyes…

Mase Colt-Manning has always preferred his humble life as a Texas rancher to his birthright as the son of a legendary rock star. In fact, he rarely visits his father’s rarefied world in Rosemary Beach, especially if it means bunking at his vile half-sister Nan’s house—until one visit leads to a chance encounter with a young, gorgeous house maid who awakens him with her off-key but spirited imitation of a country music star…

Reese Ellis finally has her freedom. After escaping a lifetime of abuse from her parents and classmates for an undiagnosed learning disorder, she seizes the opportunity to be a house maid to some of the richest families in Rosemary Beach. But her job is in jeopardy when she causes an accident at the home of her most important client, Nan Dillon. When a hot, half-naked stranger with a cowboy’s swagger comes to her rescue, she’s intrigued—then afraid once he shows his own interest. Reese has never met a trustworthy man in her life. Will Mase be any different?

~Review~

Oh my goodness, Abbi Glines certainly knows how to write a book! I swear she gets better with every one she writes; she certainly blew me away with “When I’m Gone.” I absolutely loved this book and was addicted from start to finish. Mase and Reese’s story was phenomenal and I cannot wait to find out the rest in “When You’re Back.” Mase and Reese were amazing main characters and were so easy to relate to and fall in love with. I loved their personalities and chemistry together, and thought they made an adorable and perfect couple. Mase may be my favorite male character thus far in the Rosemary Beach series, and that’s really saying something. I also loved how the book was told from both Mase and Reese’s alternating POV. I really love books that are written this way and thought it made it even better. I love how Abbi writes her male characters as well. They are possessive and protective of their women, but love them wholeheartedly and treat them with respect. And Mase Colt-Manning was no different, except maybe even more swoon-worthy. If that’s possible. ;) I loved almost everything about this novel and was so ecstatic with the ending. I definitely need the next installment ASAP! I love everything and anything by the immensely talented, Abbi Glines, and I cannot possibly thank her enough for creating this incredible and addicting series. Thank you, Abbi!

~About the Author~

Abbi Glines

Abbi Glines is a #1 New York Times, USA Today, and Wall Street Journal bestselling author of the Rosemary Beach, Sea Breeze, Vincent Boys, and Existence series. She has a new YA series coming out in the fall of 2015 titled The Field Party. She never cooks unless baking during the Christmas holiday counts. She believes in ghosts and has a habit of asking people if their house is haunted before she goes in it. She drinks afternoon tea because she wants to be British but alas she was born in Alabama. When asked how many books she has written she has to stop and count on her fingers. When she’s not locked away writing, she is reading, shopping (major shoe and purse addiction), sneaking off to the movies alone, and listening to the drama in her teenagers lives while making mental notes on the good stuff to use later. Don’t judge.
