~Synopsis~

Indecent Proposal

Manwhore. That’s what the board of directors – and the tabloids – thinks of billionaire bachelor Reese Crane. Ordinarily he couldn’t care less, but his playboy past is preventing the board from naming him CEO of Crane Hotels. Nothing – and no one – will keep him from his life’s legacy. They want a settled man to lead the company? Then that’s exactly what he’ll give them.

Merina Van Heusen will do anything to get her parents’ funky boutique hotel back – even marry cold-as-ice-but-sexy-as-hell Reese Crane. It’s a simple business contract – six months of marriage, absolute secrecy, and the Van Heusen is all hers again. But when sparks fly between them, their passion quickly moves from the boardroom to the bedroom. And soon Merina is living her worst nightmare: falling in love with her husband . . .

~Review~

Reese and Merina’s story was amazing and addicting, and I loved reading it in “The Billionaire Bachelor”! Jessica Lemmon certainly has an extraordinary talent for writing excellent and relatable in-depth characters, especially handsome billionaire bad boys. Her writing style was flawless, and I couldn’t help but get swept up in  Reese and Merina’s story from the very beginning. Their relationship was anything but conventional, but I loved how it progressed from a business arrangement to something infinitely more meaningful. I loved Reese and Merina’s personalities, and their chemistry with each other was off-the-charts hot. They balanced each other extremely well, and were a perfect match in my opinion. Reese and Merina’s banter with each other was always entertaining, and the connection they had with one another was hard not to be envious of. I also loved that Reese and Merina’s story was told from both of their POV. I liked many of the secondary characters as well, and thought they were a nice addition to the storyline. I was completely captivated by Reese and Merina’s story from beginning to end, and I was thoroughly pleased with the conclusion. There were a few things I wished had happened towards the end of the book, but I’m still hoping to see more of them in the books to come. I am truly in love with the Billionaire Bad Boys series, and the sneak peek in the back of this book definitely had me wanting to read Tag’s story next!
