Synopsis
He’s back.
Not just back in town, but living in the flat right beneath mine. And he looks good enough to eat, which is just one more reason to stay away from him.
But I can’t resist.
The sex is incredible (pretty sure we’ve shaken the house right off its foundation), but he can’t fool me—not this time. A degree in marketing and five years in advertising have taught me that “true love” is a fairy tale used to sell lipstick, diamonds, and perfume. It doesn’t exist.
He thinks I’m wrong, and he wants to prove it.
I think he’s crazy, so I dare him to try.
It might be the biggest mistake of my life.

Review
Man Candy was a fun, sexy, light-hearted contemporary romance from Melanie Harlow, and I instantly fell in love with her writing style and the storyline and characters she created. I have only read two of her books so far, but they will not be the last, and I can’t wait to devour ALL of them in the near future.
Quinn and Jaime were amazing, especially Quinn, and I immediately felt a connection with them and their story. I loved their personalities and how their relationship progressed. The chemistry between Quinn and Jaime was electric and I enjoyed their close bond together. Quinn was the perfect package, and I loved him so much. He’s definitely a new favorite book boyfriend. ;) Jaime was a little frustrating from time to time because of her fear of falling in love, but I thought Melanie did an amazing job with the development of her character from beginning to end. I loved reading Quinn and Jaime’s story from both of their POV, and I immensely enjoyed their banter and interactions with each other. The secondary characters – Alex, Nolan, Margot, and Claire – were wonderful as well and made an excellent addition to the story. I definitely can’t wait to dive into Margot and Claire’s books in After We Fall and If You Were Mine.
Man Candy was an amazing, sexy, and addicting standalone contemporary romance, and I absolutely loved the storyline and characters. Melanie Harlow did a phenomenal job writing Quinn and Jaime’s story, and I was very pleased with the conclusion. It was perfect and I was extremely happy for them. I also really loved the Q&A at the end of the book with Dima (the cover model and muse for Quinn Rusek). It was fun and entertaining, and not something I had seen before. Melanie Harlow is most definitely a new top favorite author of mine, and I am so excited to read more of her novels!
