Get ready for the darker and dirtier side of New Orleans with a brand new alpha romance from New York Times bestselling author Meghan March.

New Orleans belongs to me.
You don’t know my name, but I control everything you see—and all the things you don’t.
My reach knows no bounds, and my demands are always met.
I didn’t need to loan money to a failing family distillery, but it amuses me to have them in my debt.
To have her in my debt.
She doesn’t know she caught my attention.
She should’ve been more careful.
I’m going to own her. Consume her. Maybe even keep her.
It’s time to collect what I’m owed.
Keira Kilgore, you’re now the property of Lachlan Mount.

Review

NO SPOILERS!

Ruthless King was an insanely sexy, gripping, mysterious, and addicting start to the Mount Trilogy, and I freaking loved it with all of my heart! The storyline and characters were phenomenal, and I absolutely loved Meghan March’s writing style. She completely blew me away with this book, and I can’t wait to devour Defiant Queen and the rest of the Mount Trilogy!

Ruthless King was so surprising and unexpected. I didn’t fully know what to expect going into this book, but I can honestly say that I loved every single moment of it. It was incredibly sexy, intriguing, entertaining, and left me wanting so much more. There were so many twists and turns to the plot that I didn’t know what was going to happen next, and I loved the on the edge of my seat suspense. Since Ruthless King is book one in the Mount Trilogy, I knew there was going to be a cliffhanger, but I was absolutely not expecting that ending. It totally through me for a loop, and left me completely shocked and craving the next installment, Defiant Queen.

Lachlan Mount and Keira Kilgore were amazing, and I loved them dearly. Mount was a sexy, dangerous, mysterious, and dominating Alpha hero, and I loved him more than I thought I would. I loved the air of mystery surrounding him, and I can’t wait to delve more into his character and background in the rest of the trilogy. Keira was smart, sassy, feisty, and I immediately felt a connection with her. She basically had every quality I love in a heroine, and I can’t wait to delve more into her character as well.

Ruthless King was a beyond sexy, intriguing, and addicting introduction to the Mount Trilogy, and I would HIGHLY recommend it! Meghan March absolutely killed it with this book, and I am so freaking excited to read Defiant Queen and the rest of the Mount Trilogy!

About the Author

Meghan March

A New York Times, #1 Wall Street Journal, and USA Today bestselling author of over twenty novels, Meghan March has been known to wear camo face paint and tromp around in woods wearing mud-covered boots, all while sporting a perfect manicure. She’s also impulsive, easily entertained, and absolutely unapologetic about the fact that she loves to read and write smut. Her past lives include slinging auto parts, selling lingerie, making custom jewelry, and practicing corporate law. Writing books about dirty talking alpha males and the strong, sassy women who bring them to their knees is by far the most fabulous job she’s ever had.
