Review

NO SPOILERS!

It’s been several years since I read the Lux series, and I loved returning to the world of Luxen, Origins, etc. again. The Darkest Star was a great start to the new Origins series and Luc and Evie’s story, and I really enjoyed the storyline and characters. Jennifer L. Armentrout weaved a surprising, funny, and action-filled young adult paranormal tale full of twists and turns that I didn’t see coming. It was entertaining from beginning to end, and although there were some things I didn’t like, I’m definitely looking forward to continuing the series in the books to come.

ARC received via NetGalley in exchange for an honest review.
