~Synopsis~

Gray doesn’t make friends with women. He sleeps with them. Until Ivy.

The last thing star tight-end Gray Grayson wants to do is drive his agent’s daughter’s bubblegum pink car. But he needs the wheels and she’s studying abroad. Something he explains when she sends him an irate text to let him know exactly how much pain she’ll put him in if he crashes her beloved ride. Before he knows it, Ivy Mackenzie has become his best texting bud. But then Ivy comes home and everything goes haywire. Because the only thing Gray can think of is being with Ivy.

Ivy doesn’t sleep with friends. Especially not with a certain football player. No matter how hot he makes her…

Gray drives Ivy crazy. He’s irreverent, sex on a stick, and completely off limits. Because, Ivy has one golden rule: never get involved with one of her father’s clients. A rule that’s proving harder to keep now that Gray is doing his best to seduce her. Her best friend is fast becoming the most irresistible guy she’s ever met.

Which means Gray is going to have to use all his skills to get himself out of the friend zone and into Ivy’s heart. Game on

~Review~

I absolutely love football and romance, so this book and series was most definitely a win-win for me! I honestly freaking loved “The Friend Zone,” even more than I did “The Hook Up,” and that was phenomenal. I truly loved and adored Gray and Ivy, and I absolutely loved reading their story. Kristen Callihan blew it out of the end zone with this book, and I absolutely loved her writing style and how she told Gray and Ivy’s story. Gray and Ivy were amazing characters, and I couldn’t help but fall in love with them from the very beginning. I loved their personalities and chemistry together, and how their relationship progressed throughout. Gray and Ivy’s banter with each other was always extremely entertaining, and I completely loved reading every minute of it. I also loved that their story was told from both of their POV. Gray and Ivy had a few ups and downs along the way, but I was so very thankful there wasn’t a huge and stupid conflict that tore them apart. I completely and wholeheartedly loved every single moment of Gray and Ivy’s story, and I was so thrilled with the ending I couldn’t stop smiling. I also really loved the friendships and camaraderie between Gray’s teammates  and the introduction of Ivy’s sister, Fiona (a.k.a. Fi).  It was awesome to see some familiar faces from the previous book in the series as well. I am totally and completely in love with the Game On series, and I cannot wait to read Dex’s story in “The Game Plan!” Trust me when I say  you do NOT want to miss out on this amazing series and these phenomenal characters! They truly are amazing and I cannot wait to see what’s next!
