Book Review – Hot Cop by Laurelin Paige & Sierra Simone

34211669Synopsis

From NYT Bestselling Author, Laurelin Paige and USA Today Bestselling Author, Sierra Simone comes a steamy contemporary romantic follow-up to last year’s bestseller P*rn Star.

You have the right to remain sexy.

Anything you say can and will be used to get you in my bed.

You have the right to use my body to give yourself a delirious, life-changing orgasm.

If you have trouble…don’t worry, I’m a bit of an expert in that department.

There’s nothing ‘thin’ about my blue line, if you catch my drift, and trust me, I know how to put those handcuffs to good use.

***

Livia Ward wants a baby before she’s thirty. And even though Officer Chase Kelly is exactly the kind of cocky jerk this librarian has sworn off, he is undeniably hot. Both of them think they can give each other what they want–a few nights of fun for Officer Kelly, a no-strings baby for Livia–but this hot cop is about to learn that sex, babies, and love don’t always play by the rules.

Review

NO SPOILERS!

I absolutely loved Hot Cop by Laurelin Paige and Sierra Simone! I completely fell in love with their writing style and the amazing storyline and characters they created. Hot Cop was my first novel by either of these authors, and it certainly won’t be the last. Hot Cop was everything I could ever want in a contemporary romance, and I truly loved everything from beginning to end. It was sexy, sweet, swoon-worthy, utterly addicting, and I couldn’t have loved it more if I tried.

All of the characters were amazing, but I especially loved Chase and Livia. I loved their personalities and red-hot chemistry together, and I wholeheartedly enjoyed all of their banter and interactions with each other. I loved reading the book from both Chase and Livia’s POV, and I loved how their relationship progressed throughout. There was literally nothing that I didn’t love about this book. Hot Cop was absolutely phenomenal and I was extremely happy with the conclusion to Chase and Livia’s story. The ending was more than I ever could have hoped for or dreamed of, and I couldn’t stop smiling.

Hot Cop was a sexy, swoon-worthy, and addicting contemporary romance, and hands down one of my TOP FAVORITE reads of 2017! Laurelin and Sierra are extraordinarily talented and they did an incredible job with this book. I absolutely loved reading every single page and I truly couldn’t have been more ecstatic with the conclusion to Chase and Livia’s story. Hot Cop was amazing from cover to cover, and I HIGHLY recommend it!

FIVE “Chase & Livia” STARS!

About the Authors

Laurelin Paige

USA Today and New York Times Bestselling Author Laurelin Paige is a sucker for a good romance and gets giddy anytime there’s kissing, much to the embarrassment of her three daughters. Her husband doesn’t seem to complain, however. When she isn’t reading or writing sexy stories, she’s probably singing, watching Game of Thrones or The Walking Dead, or dreaming of Michael Fassbender. She’s also a proud member of Mensa International though she doesn’t do anything with the organization except use it as material for her bio. She is represented by Rebecca Friedman.
