Always Mine was a sexy, slow burn, suspenseful, and unexpected start to Liam and Maddie’s friends/roommates-to-lovers duet. Kennedy Fox threw me off guard with the storyline, and I certainly didn’t expect the turn of events that transpired in book one. There was definitely an edge of suspense to the plot, and while I didn’t love everything that happened, I did love most of the characters and enjoyed seeing several familiar faces from the Roommate Duet series again. I really loved Liam and Maddie, and I’m definitely rooting for them, but I’m scared yet curious to see what happens in Always Yours.
